YOU are the expert when it comes to determining the health behaviours that are suitable for your health. My approach is to guide you through a process that helps to unleash your own inner wisdom about your health.
I am a passionate and proud advocate for Health At Every Size® (HAES) and practice exclusively from HAES® and Non-Diet Approach paradigms. This means that I do not promote weight loss. Instead, I focus on helping folks to enhance health through health promoting behaviours.
I also have a special interest in gut health and have completed specialist training in the Low FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Monash University.
